Students at Thames Christian School have achieved a strong set of results in their GCSE exams. The highlights are:
- 42% were awarded at grades 9-7.
- 93% were at grades 9-4.
- Nearly 40% of pupils achieved at least five grades at 9-7, 54% achieved at least three 9-7 grades, and 93% at least one 9-7 grade.

Dr Stephen Holsgrove, Head, Thames Christian School, said: “This is a pleasing set of results. With the level of grades at 9-7 being nearly twice the national average (22%), they reflect the hard work and revision our pupils put in to prepare for the exams.
“They also reflect our commitment to providing a personalised academic environment where every pupil can succeed and, of course, the care and support our expert, dedicated teachers provide.”
Attainment levels of Thames Christian pupils at grades 9-7 across a range of subjects were:
Textile Design – 83%; 3D Design – 79%; Fine Art – 77%; Physics – 55%; Maths – 52%; Computer Science – 50%; Religious Studies – 47%; Geography – 45%; and French, also at 45%.
