Berlin Trip
In early July, pupils from Years 8, 9 and 10 visited Berlin to soak up the wonderful culture and history. Led by Mrs Paul, who teaches History at Thames, pupils spent four days exploring the historic city, enjoying a range of experiences including a tour of the Charlottenburg Palace, visiting the Berlin Wall Memorial, Berlin TV Tower and the German Spy Museum, as well as learning about the history of Nazi Germany and Communism. The trip ended with a incredible visit to the newly opened Upside Down Museum
