In Monday’s assembly we handed out Commendations to our Year 10 and 12 pupils who have gone above and beyond in their academic work this Summer term, demonstrating excellence, diligence and proactivity. Many pupils have done so in a wide range of subjects and several pupils were also awarded badges for milestone awards.
Congratulations to them all but special mention to Harmony who has achieved Gold after receiving more than 15 Commendations – an exceptionally rare honour in Year 10 – as well as Cara, Eva and Rupert for achieving Silver (7 Commendations). A further six pupils received Bronze badges upon earning their third commendation.
A KS5 academic commendation, which is more challenging to earn, was also awarded to James, our Head Boy, for his consistent excellence and proactivity in A Level Biology.
