Overseas Trips

Older pupils have the opportunity to take part in a two week trip to Tanzania, during which they carry out life changing projects around the town of Musoma. This annual trip earned the ISA 2015 Award: “Outstanding Contribution for International Understanding” in recognition of its unique grassroots nature. Working with the charity Go MAD, pupils have raised over £40,000 during the last few years to help with girls’ education projects, provision of clean water, a health clinic, small scale sustainable economic schemes such as building water tanks and goat sheds.

To facilitate the learning of languages and enable pupils to better appreciate the culture, trips take place to visit the art galleries and attractions of European Cities such as Barcelona, Madrid, Lille and Paris. Examples of recent trips include:
